Main area of work concerning Early Childhood Education and Care and / or ICT	A.I.R. in a few words Founded in 1985, the Research Information Association, non profit organization, is to promote by all means the aid relationship, information and research on disability. A.I.R. Receives the handicapped person and her family in their globality, privilegong listening, considering that parent are competent partners. A.I.R. Ethics : An obligation of means in the families' service through innovating tools and techniques, in close touch with medical research, field professonals and universities. A.I.R. Déveloped an activited of Consultation/concertation : Expertise-counselling in a partnership « parents-handicapped child-professionnals ». Medical and psycho-educational check-up of the handicapped person in order to know her within her family and environment. They will be the strong point of a medico-educationnal strategy to develop fulfillment and quality of live. A.I.R. is a Resource Center : The Library : it accounts the theoretical ant technical advances, and promotes meeting. Il is in AIRMES software, which also includes references to two Belgian libraries. The sofware AIRMES : developed for the benefit of persons with disabilities ant their families. It meets the requirements of the Laws. It includes human assessment tools, the daily practice assistance, a shared folder ans evaluation methodologies of support structures. Various appications are developped, of which the E-learning. A.I.R. participates in the development of organizations in France and others countries. A.I.R. is in many networks. A.I.R., since its creation, is committed to co-work gathering of European academics, trainers, professionals and liberal etablishment, administrative and parents.
